Weight-Based Postal Tiers
Rather than inflating product prices to hide shipping costs, we calculate shipping at exact postal brackets based on the combined weight of your pieces plus our standard 1.5 oz eco-friendly mailer:

Packaging & Dispatch
Orders are packaged by hand in 1–2 business days. Each piece is wrapped in recyclable crinkle tissue, sealed in a rigid kraft mailer to prevent transit crushing, and stamped with our wax seal mark.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your handmade pieces. If an item arrives damaged or does not match your expectations, contact our studio within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
