How should I care for pressed wildflower resin charms?
Our resin is UV-stabilized to resist yellowing, but we recommend storing your charms out of direct prolonged sunlight when not wearing them. To clean, gently wipe with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid wearing them while swimming or showering.
Are the earring wires suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes! All earrings are crafted with hypoallergenic titanium ear wires or 14k gold-filled hardware. They are completely nickel-free and lead-free.
How often do you release new batches?
We drop new batches every 2–3 weeks depending on the drying schedule of our pressed botanical specimens and ceramic firings. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive early preview access.
Do you accept custom or bridal charm requests?
We take on a limited number of custom commissions (such as bridal bouquet preservation or custom hand-stamped copper initials) each month. Use our Contact page to inquire with your project ideas.
How does weight-based shipping work at checkout?
Every charm and ceramic piece in our catalog has an exact verified weight in ounces. When you add items to your cart, our postal accumulator weighs your parcel in real-time and pairs you with the lowest exact USPS shipping bracket.
Can I track my order if I checked out as a guest?
Yes! Simply navigate to the Account & Lookup page and enter your order reference (e.g. TCS-2026-XXXX) and email address to see your live fulfillment and tracking status.
